All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2-7 Business Days for delivery.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Tailored Beauty ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email Shop@tailoredbeautyproducts.com within 24 hours to update the address. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out, Tailored Beauty will reissue a replacement within 3 business days once the package is returned to us by the United States Postal Service.
If a package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. damage during delivery, incorrect address) we will issue a replacement or store credit within 3 business days
All orders are shipped FedeX and can take 7-10 Business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Canadian customers are required to pay possible fees, duties, and/ or taxes once the package arrives at the destination. We are not responsible for fees once the package leaves the United States.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send unused items to us for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
