Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are shipped through UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2-7 Business Days for delivery. Please allow up to 2 days to process orders.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Tailored Beauty ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out the customer must reach out to the carrier to intercept the package.
If a package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. damage during delivery, incorrect address) we will issue a replacement or store credit within 3 business days,
We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages, for customer who opt out of Navidium Shipping Protection during time of purchase. Customers who do not Insure their packages with Navidium Shipping Protection are responsible for reaching out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Canada And International
All International orders are Shipped via UPS and take 3-7 business days.
International customers are required to pay possible fees, duties, and/ or taxes once the package arrives at the destination. We are not responsible for fees once the package leaves the United States.
If you change your mind and decide that you no longer want your products, please contact us at shop@TailoredBeautyProducts.com within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send unused items to us for a full refund. We do not accept used items. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
